Which cookies ImgCompress.app and its optional Google services use, and how to accept, decline or change your choice.

ImgCompress.app does not set tracking cookies of its own. Your settings (light or dark theme, your answer to the cookie notice, and whether you dismissed the install prompt) are kept in your browser’s local storage, not in cookies. They stay on your device and are never sent to us. The only non-essential cookies on this site come from Google services, and they are set only after you click Accept in the cookie notice.
Strictly necessary storage: the settings listed above, kept in local storage. It is always on and holds nothing that identifies you. Analytics cookies: if Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies to count visits and see which pages are used, only after you click Accept. Advertising cookies: if Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may set cookies to show and measure ads, also only after you click Accept. If you click Decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Ads may still appear, but they are non-personalized ads, chosen from limited information such as the page you are reading.
Until you answer the cookie notice, analytics and advertising cookies stay off. Accept turns them on; Decline keeps them off. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; clearing this site’s data also resets the settings stored on your device.
